BOTOX INFORMATION

What you need to know before & after your procedure

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Wrinkles in the skin may be caused from the natural aging process and loss of collagen and structure in the skin, or they may be caused by muscle actions underneath the skin.  Botox works to decrease the muscle actions underneath the skin, thereby reducing the amount of wrinkling.

  • Results may be seen as early as 3 days, but may take up to 14 days for full results.

  • Botox is contraindicated in women that are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Results can last 2-6 months.

  • You should not receive Botox if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
