RejuvNP doesn't prescribe you a 'special diet', we review your food intake, discover what you enjoy eating, we decrease your calories in order to lose weight while introducing foods that help you stay full and provide you enough nutrients
What can I expect during my journey
For your visit: Medical testing if needed (Cost not included), review current food/alcohol consumption, food triggers & lifestyle choices. Create a plan that includes: food intake, lifestyle, decreasing food triggers, coaching, & if needed a prescribed medication such as Phentermine, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide & others if indicated.

RejuvNP's providers are trained in Medical weight loss and are Certified Family Nurse Practitioners, our certifications cover chronic disease as well as treating treating the patient as a whole. We are not governed by the large institutions that will allow short appointment times to address some of the most important concerns that you have....after all we are here to help you achieve a healthier you!

This cost does not include labs. If you have recent labs please provide our office with prior to your appointment. If you need labs we can provide you with a lab slip or RejuvNP labs @ $125.

Semaglutide
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 agonist and works by increasing insulin released and as a results lowers the amount of glucagon released. Gastric emptying is delayed and this reduces appetite. Semaglutide is not for use in people with type 1 diabetes. Each of the different brands of semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic, Rybelus) are FDA approved for different conditions. At RejuvNP we use compounded semaglutide from a FDA approved compounding pharmacy. We will send medication to a pharmacy but please note we do not do preauthorizations.
What is Included?
Your monthly cost will cover consultation, medication, and monthly check-in with our providers. You also receive1 injection of Lipo-B injection montly. We are always available between appointments for questions or concerns for our patients by phone, email or text.
What are common side effects?
Some people may experience: Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal Pain, Low Blood Sugar. Your provider will monitor your progress at check-ins & are available should any questions or concerns arise.
Phentermine
Phentermine is a stimulant and reduces one's cravings for eating (or overeating)
What is Included?
Your monthly cost will cover consultation, medication, and monthly check-in with our providers. You also receive 1 injection of Lipo B a month Free.
What are common side effects?
Some people may experience feeling 'jittery' when starting this medication, increased heart rate, dry mouth, sleeplessness, nervousness, and constipation.
Skinny Shot (LIP0-C)
Lipo-C injections containe Methionine / Inositol / Choline Chloride / L-Carnitine / Thiamine HCl / Dexpanthenol. This mixture of compounds aid to decrease body fat by helping the liver metabolize more effectively. The B vitamins provide a boost in energy that one may experience when beginning a lower calorie food intake to lose weight.

What are common side effects?
Some people may experience stomach upset or unpleasant odor of the urine. Let your provider know if you have any concerns about your kidney function prior to beginning injections.
