Treat Sunspots and Redness with little to no downtime

Wanting to brighten your skin while boosting collagen? IPL photofacials diminish broken capillaries, sunspots, acne, and more. A Rejuv Photofacial is a simple procedure with little to no recovery time, IPL photofacials can be used to treat a wide variety of issues, all the way from rosacea to wrinkles.

How does it work? Damaged skin is repaired by pulses of light that are directed over the skin, reaching deeper layers of the skin. The pulses of light targets deep tissue like the blood vessels and collagen beneath your top layer of skin, or epidermis. Minimal sloughing off the superficial layer of the skin reveals younger cells, stimulates collagen growth and creates structure, and rejuvenation of the affected skin! After only 3-4 photo facials per year, your skin cells begin to renew and improve. As a result you will notice reduced redness, fine lines, and wrinkles while brightening your complexion.

Who is this treatment for? Photofacials work best on light to medium skin tones. You should also let your provider know if you are taking photosensitizing medications or have recently been in the sun-as it is not advised to have an IPL photofacial during this time.

What do I do after an IPL photofacial? After an IPL photofacial you may be a little red, an ice pack could be provided. You will have sunscreen applied if your treatment is during the daytime.

No need to miss work or any engagements you may have. You want to avoid activities such as: exercise, hot showers, and saunas. Keep your skin protected by sunscreen and hats while your skin is repairing and rebuilding.

When will I see results? Over the next few days your sunspots will darken and will eventually fade to a lighter color. Your provider will recommend a skincare treatment plan to help you reach your skin goals. It is recommended to have 3-4 treatments depending on your skin concerns.

To protect your skin after please continue to wear sunscreen...this helps slow the return of sunspots/broken capillaries that may have been treated.

Other treatments could be recommended to help improve skin such as Microneedling or Erbium laser treatments.
